Who we are
Menutech is a SaaS platform built for the restaurant, hospitality, and healthcare industries. We help operators manage menus, compliance, and guest communication — from single venues to large enterprise groups, hospital networks, and care facilities. We're a small, focused team, and we're hiring the person who will own our customer relationships end to end.

What you'll do
You'll be the main point of contact for our enterprise clients — from the moment a deal is signed to the day they renew and beyond. Onboarding sessions, account configuration, internal specs, end-user training, post-launch support. When something breaks, you investigate. When a client is ready to grow, you spot it.

Who we're looking for
Fresh graduate

You just finished university and want your first real job in tech. You're drawn to data, love structured thinking, and feel at home in spreadsheets and dashboards. A personal interest in food, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus — but what matters most is how you think, not where you've worked.

Early career, ready for more

You have some B2B or SaaS experience and you're ready to work differently — closer to the product, closer to the founders, with real ownership over outcomes rather than just metrics. You want to see the full arc of a client relationship, not just one slice of a pipeline.

Either way: you're fluent in Italian and English, you write clearly, run meetings with confidence, and are genuinely comfortable spending most of your day at a computer. You're a structured thinker with genuine empathy for clients — you find creative solutions to complex problems and build systems that serve people, not the other way around.
Clients you'll work with directly

Our enterprise book spans hospitality groups, private clinic networks, hospital systems, and large restaurant chains. In healthcare, a menu isn't just a list of dishes — it's an individual document generated per patient based on allergies, dietary requirements, and clinical needs. Real complexity, real stakes, real relationships.
